Even though there may be differences between palliative care, terminal care, etc., many articles use them together or interchangeably, so connect them using the word "or" (e.g. pallative care or terminal care or end-of-life care)
Compound terms like "end-of-life" can be tricky! Some articles will use hyphens between the words (end-of-life) but others will not and will need quotation marks (") to keep the phrase together. Try adding: end-of-life or "end of life" to your search.
