To find information about the skills required for different nursing roles (leader, advocate, teacher, policy shaper), it is helpful to include the word "role" in your search.
You may find that some of these roles are easier to search and find relevant articles than others. For example, when searching for information about the role of policy shaper, it may work better to use the advanced search (see below) and type: policy into one search box and type: shape or influence into another search box (see General Search Tip #3 to learn about synonyms and using "or" in your search.)
Remember, librarians are here to help you find the right search terms to get the articles you need! Use the contact info on the right to get some assistance.
