Welcome! This guide was intended to collect helpful resources and tips for completing all of the major assignments in ALHT 304, Death & Dying. Here's a brief run-down of how to make the most of this guide:
The Find Articles tab will be useful for almost every assignment. This tab includes search boxes and links to databases-- you can search for articles right from here without first going to the library's website.
The APA Citation Help tab will also be useful for every assignment, since proper APA format is required for everything you turn in. Check this tab for help with formatting citations and links to APA guides for more detailed questions.
The five remaining tabs are dedicated to each week's major assignment. On these tabs, you will find specific tips for search terms when looking for articles for that assignment. There are also some relevant eBooks for you to take a look at. If the assignment requires a particular technical component (e.g. setting up a brochure or using Glogster), help documents for those tools are linked on that tab, as well.
Most importantly, on the right-hand side of almost every tab you will see the librarian's profile box. This includes all my contact information as well as a chat box.
