In Ovid, look for the "Email Jumpstart" option in the menu on the right. A box will pop up with two Jumpstart URLs. It is recommended that you use the first one, as the second one links directly to the PDF version.
Depending on how you got there, your page in Ovid may look different than what is shown above. If there is an option for "Full-featured View," clicking on that will take you to the interface shown above, where you can find the Email Jumpstart.
